Disclaimer on Information
The Freelance Pinoy provides both free and paid information to freelancers who are serious about starting and managing a freelancing career. It does not in any way markets itself as a freelancing “guru” website or a promise for overnight success.
I don’t promise instant success or that my tips and advice will work for everybody or bring results instantly. Because there is no such thing. Ideal results, whether they are additional clients, more income, and more work opportunities can only happen with hard work, patience, and dedication.
You are the sole proprietor of your freelancing business. You are therefore solely responsible for what you do with the advice provided by the blog, how you run your business, how you deal with clients, and how you pave your way to freelancing success.
There are premium or paid digital products sold on The Freelance Pinoy. Each product is created with the freelancer in mind and that they are written to the best of the author’s abilities and with utmost accuracy.
Because of the digital nature of ebooks, email courses, PDFs, and the like, refunds of premium products are only granted on the following cases:
- misinformation and inaccuracy of details
- Corrupted files after download
For products that include physical items, you will be granted a return or replacement in case there are extra units of the item available. If none, a full refund for the entire product will be granted.
Comments are activated to encourage reader engagement and community on The Freelance Pinoy. Having said that, comments will be heavily and strictly moderated to ensure that comments that are defamatory, racist, sexist, and disrespectful will be prevented. We encourage healthy debate and conversation on the website, but comments that disrupt and break this policy will be deleted and the user blocked immediately.
